Originally founded by Timothy Rice in October of 1972, Trice Talent Payments was the original paymaster in the Washington DC/Baltimore area. Processing primarily SAG-AFTRA work in the early years, Trice soon made a name for itself as a premier paymaster in the area. The company was purchased by Michael and Lori Willis in 1987 and was renamed Trice Talent Services, Inc. to reflect that we offer more than just payroll processing. As the business grew so did the Willis family and children Mike Jr, Amy, and Rebecca all helped stuff envelopes and file papers through their growing up years. In 2016, Rebecca joined our Trice staff full-time, continuing the legacy of the family business. Trice is proud to be a veteran-owned and woman-owned-and-operated business.
